System Specifications
Designed for the focused scholar
Traditional literature discovery is either overwhelmed by social algorithms or requires manually scouring feed readers. Arxiv Notifier keeps it calm and direct.
Timed Morning Delivery
Calculates daily delivery delta (default 9:00 AM) and suspends process execution without consuming polling cycles or battery power.
Native Desktop Toasts
Integrates directly with Windows Action Center and native desktop notifiers. Click any alert to open the paper directly in your default browser.
Custom Topic Queries
Query specific arXiv taxonomic categories (cs.AI, math.PR, quant-ph) or free-text keywords with automatic URL encoding and feedparser resilience.
Prefer the Terminal? Run via uv
For Python developers and Linux/macOS scholars, run directly from the source repository using Astral's uv package manager.
